Simple beef soup

Method

  1. Prepare everything (OTHER than the macaroni) to be put in the soup (e.g. wash, peel, chop, etc).
  2. Add to large, heavy soup pot.
  3. Cook for as long as you can (start early in the morning, and finish at night for dinner).
  4. Roughly 10 minutes or so prior to serving the soup, add about two handfuls of the uncooked macaroni or elbow pasta. Cook until it’s al dente/soft/however you like it.
