Simple beef soup
- NOT failsafe/RPAH elimination diet-compliant.
Ingredients

500g stewing beef

2 small parsnips

1 small turnip
-
2 carrots
-
2 celery sticks (stick only)

1 potato
-
1 onion
-
2 garlic bits
-
8 cups water (8 x 16oz/450ml mason jar cups)

4 teaspoons bone broth, heaped

4 teaspoons veggie stock powder

about two small hands worth of macaroni/elbow pasta (uncooked)
Method
- Prepare everything (OTHER than the macaroni) to be put in the soup (e.g. wash, peel, chop, etc).
- Add to large, heavy soup pot.
- Cook for as long as you can (start early in the morning, and finish at night for dinner).
- Roughly 10 minutes or so prior to serving the soup, add about two handfuls of the uncooked macaroni or elbow pasta. Cook until it’s al dente/soft/however you like it.
